FWIW, I am experiencing the same things here. In my
/etc/apt/sources.list I have
deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free
deb ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/ sid main
