 i've another laptop ( an old texas instrument ) with debian sarge,
kernel 2.4

 if i plug the usb pen ( iomega mini 128 ) i've the same problem!!!!

 afther the command "fdisk -l /dev/sda" udev find the sda1 partition
and
 everything went ok

 any idea ????
