ide-scsi deprecated but alive
Hi.
I'm having problems with the module ide-scsi. It gets loaded at boot
everytime though it's not recommended with 2.6 kernels. It's not in
/etc/modules nor kernel parameters, but in the initrd image. Do you know
why? How can I solve it? Trying to remove the module afterwards produces
kernel errors and fails.
My system is Debian testing for amd64, although I have exactly the same
problem with the i386 arch. Added a bit of info that might be related.
