This is not feasable with mailing lists. Even if it was, I'm not sure any
list oriented in helping users would allow for it's use, since it would
encourage people to be read-only users[1]. If everybody used that feature,
you wouldn't be getting this answer.

Debian folks tend to be somewhat opposed to duplication of effort and
fracturing of the community. This is your "debian forum."
