Kiosk mode under KDE, perhaps?  If user is logging in via ssh

- forced command in their key in the authorized_keys file (presumably 
just startx / startkde).

Heavily edited bash .profile with the only path being that to firefox?

This doesn't stop someone using firefox to fill in web forms or
whatever.
