If the script is installed with a debian package, you can find the name
of the package with the commande 'dpkg -S filename'. In your case:
# dpkg -S su-to-root
menu: /usr/share/man/man1/su-to-root.1.gz
menu: /usr/sbin/su-to-root
menu: /usr/bin/su-to-root
The package you search is menu.
