you could use apache2 but then I dont know where the config files are - 
probably in /etc/apache2

I dont know which distribution you use, but in Debian Etch the files are
/etc/apache/httpd.conf - for Apache
/etc/mysql/my.cnf - for Mysql
/etc/php4/apache/php.ini
