via-rhine network card problem

Hello,

I'm having some problems with the netinstaller and my network card.

The netinstaller installs the core installation without problem.  However, 
when it reboots from the harddrive, eth0 fails to come up with the message 
"No such device".

I think i read somewhere that the via-rhine driver (in 2.6.8) doesn't play 
nice when sharing IRQ's (it is sharing IRQ 10 with the graphics card).

Is this a known issue?  Any solutions?  Please help!
