Yes, And I've faced this problem a lot of times whenever I try to play with
my partition structure using parted.
I've done it a lot of times so don't worry, but yeah! don't run after me
with a gun if something goes wrong :-)
fdisk /dev/hda
x (Go to expert mode)
f (fix partition order)
w (write table to disk and exit)
Thats it.
