If your needs are not that stringent, you may want to consider a couple of things: 1. A monolithic HTML page that can be text searched. Depeding on the amount of information you need to index, this could be a problem. 2. Setup your site in a Google-friendly way and let them index it. Then all you need is a Google search box on the front of your site that has a radio button below it that defaults to "yoursite.com" to limit the search reults to only your own site. -Roberto -- Roberto C.
