I have searched a little with apt-cache search:
apt-cache search though | less
find only thoughttracker

apt-cache search knowledge | less

find the package:
framerd - a scalable knowledge base development and application platform
which is dead too:
Reason: RoQA; old, unused, rc-buggy

and
steam - Environment for cooperative knowledge management
