   Applied Rheology publishes bimontly. The regular subscription
   prize for individuals (130 Euro or US$/year) and institutions (225 Euro)
   for the printed edition includes access to the online edition
   (also for local domains). Online-only subscriptions are available
   for 100 Euro (individuals), 200 (instituions), 60 (students).
   Society issues of Applied Rheology which appear biyearly are included
   in the membership rates for members of a number of Rheological Societies.
   These subscriptions can be upgraded to a full subscription (60 Euro/year).
   There is a number of ways to get access to Applied Rheology, see
   www.appliedrheology.org under `Free access and subscription' for
