Ensure that it is not your mail user agent filtering ruleset moving
two copies of a message in the following cases:
1.) Replies sent to your self and the list
2.) Messages copied to more than one list to which you are
subscribed; the first rule processed usually wins out in this case.
Both of these cases happen to me fairly often
