Search 'http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages' for 'kernel-image' and 
select the unstable branch as a search option. Lot s of kernels tochose 
from.

Xeon's are PIII's (old) of P4's, '686-smp' for 32 bit & 'EM64T' or for 
the 64 bit, Intel stuff.
