I use www.Linode.com and have no complaints (although evidently some
of their servers have been experiencing some downtime lately).
They have a beautifully configured virtual host system which they're
currently migrating from User Mode Linux to Xen. And they allow the
installation of a number of Linux distros (Debian included) via a web
interface.
Quite impressive really.
