Check out MondoArchive. It's at http://www.mondorescue.org.
If you need to do a complete restore from some disaster, simply pop the
CD (or DVD) into the drive and boot from it. The restore program will
begin automatically. MondoArchive will also do differential backups.

All in all, I've been very satisfied with it.
