Exim4: all relevant MX records point to non-existent hosts

Since I have upgraded to Sarge I am getting this exim4 error:

# exim4 -bt email@occompt.com
R: dnslookup for email@occompt.com
email@occompt.com is undeliverable:
 all relevant MX records point to non-existent hosts

A lot of posts say it is due to a DNS error but I think my DNS is okay:
