I installed Sarge on a HP Evectra. http://images.google.ca/images?q=evectra When I did this I used a Logitech USB / Optical Wheel Mouse. Took the little fellow downstairs and changed the mouse to a Logitech two button serial mouse, D-shaped 9 pin. Been running: dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86 to no avail.
