tomcat on sarge (for magnolia)

is there an apt-get install rigamarole to get tomcat going on sarge? (ultimate goal is to try to get 'magnolia' running...)

sites such as http://www.whirljack.net/jeremy/blog/index.php?p=3
indicate you can't do it from debian packages...

# apt-cache search tomcat
lg-issue69 - Issue 69 of the Linux Gazette.
lg-issue95 - Issue 95 of the Linux Gazette.
libapache-mod-jk - Apache 1.3 connector for the Tomcat Java servlet engine libapache2-mod-jk2 - Apache 2.0 connector for the Tomcat Java servlet engine libservlet2.3-java - Servlet 2.3 and JSP 1.2 Java classes and documentation

# dpkg -L libservlet2.3-java | grep -v share/doc
/.
/usr
/usr/share
/usr/share/java
/usr/share/java/servlet-2.3.jar

so there's one java thingie-ma-bob in that package; all else is documentation, which looks like developer info.

where's tomcat?
