Yes, we're running two of these machines with Sarge.

The server itself is running fine with Debian, but we bought
additional SATA RAID Controllers (3ware). Those built-in Promise stuff
sucks. It can be deactivated via BIOS settings.
The 3ware controllers are "real" RAID controllers. Up to now. theyre
working finde.
