If you have a separate keypad, you can press Shift-Numlock, which will turn your keypad into a "mouse". Shift-Numlock again will turn off the feature.

5 is the click
0 is click and hold; 1 is release
/ sets 5 as left-click; * sets 5 as middle-click; - sets 5 as right-click

(or at least that's what I remember; I'm not currently on a keyboard with a working keypad so that I can test these keystrokes)
