I think one point to remember when people come in with some questions is that 
they join the list, wait for a confirmation, then send questions.  If we post 
it, we should also post links to the docs in the conf. email.

I do think you have a good selection of questions to include, since those are 
ones that include questions (and answers) that are not always the ones asked 
immediately after joining.
