Intel E7210 chipset and Woody?



Quick one: will Woody with a backported kernel, say 2.4.27-smp, work on
an Intel "Torey Pines" motherboard (E7210 chipset)?  With work I mean:
ATA100 harddisk, NICs and USB.  No SATA required.  And no, I'd prefer
not to use Sarge.  It's too bleeding edge to my liking.  :)

Did a bit of googling already, but didn't see anything of use as yet.
