I downloaded several pdf files and can read them with xpdf but the print
command apparently sends the output to oblivion.
I use CUPS. The lp command will print text files and the CUPS
testprint.ps file. Openoffice knows about both the printers on the LAN
and will print to either of them. When I try to print from xpdf it
accepts the command but nothing is printed and a check with lynx
localhost:631, Manage Jobs reports that no jobs are pending.
I wanted to import the pdf files into Openoffice but there was no option
to do this and even the export option has disappeared.
Has anyone encountered this problem and is there a solution?
