Normally an offline news reader would refer to something like KNode, but you don't usually find those in a browser. If you're looking for RSS in KDE, you can use Akregator (which is linked to Konqueror, but not integrated. It is integrated with Kontact, though. Or KNewsticker is the other main option. -- Lee.
