prism54 && b44 modules (possible bug)

Hi,
  I have been experience some problems with prism54 and b44 modules. I have a 
computer with a Broadcom Corporation BCM4401 Ethernet chip (controlled by the 
b44 kernel module), and I have installed 3Com PCMCIA wireless card 
(controlled by the prism54 module). 
  If I first load the b44 module, then the prism54 module is not able to load 
the firmware. The error appears in all kernel modules I have tested 2.6.8, 
2.6.10 and 2.6.11. There must be a bug somewhere (I do not know where), who 
should I send a bug report? It is my first time I have to send one.
