apt-get

when using apt-get -u upgrade I get an error at the
end::

and above it , it lists 3 packages.
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dkpg returned an error code
(1)

I'd think it installed everything except those 3
packages. Well when I run it again. it finds the
upgrades for all the software it found before! so it
doesn't install any of it. Any ideas?
