Show me the output of:
	1) grep 106 /etc/passwd
	2) grep smm{sp,ta} /etc/passwd
	3) grep {RunAs,Default}User /etc/mail/{sendmail,submit}.cf

It sounds like there is a mismatch in whom the msp queue runner
thinks is Kosher.
