usb drivers occupying several irq's

Recently I got me a PCI-card with 5 usb-2.0 ports. On the motherboard
there are two usb 1.0 ports wich I no longer need. First boot with the
new PCI-card went smooth, giving these outputs concerning usb:

I wished to check for possible errors/conflicts and found this in
/proc/interrupts:

There are a major quarrel over the IRQ's 10, 11 & 12. Is there any of
these usb-drivers I can disable to avoid conflicts since I no longer
need the two usb 1.0 ports?

I know I have an ugly conflict between sound and eth0, but this seems
to work so far. If anyone should have a quick solutuion to all the
conflicts, I would be most gratefull, but my first concern is the
usb's. I added the output of lsmod just in case its useful.
