# Mouse button emulation:
dev/mac_hid/mouse_button_emulation = 1
# default is fn+ctrl = button2, fn+alt = button3
# F10 = 68, F11 = 87, F12 = 88
dev/mac_hid/mouse_button2_keycode = 68
dev/mac_hid/mouse_button3_keycode = 87

to your /etc/sysctl.conf
