hotplug not configuring memkey (again :-<). help please.

I am posting this again since the previous time I have posted with many mistakes. I apologize.

When I insert a USB memkey I do not get the /dev/usbkey device created. IIRC it did before one of the latest updates ...

Can anyone direct me to what should be done in the rules to fix this ?

Follows all (this time I hope it will be coherent) relevant data.

Thank you very much,
Bob
