Trying out Debian: Install on Vmware?

Hi all,

I got a few mail and web servers, currently running Suse and Redhat. I 
would like to try Debian.

Therefore, I'd like to install Debian (3.0) on a Vmware (4.52). In the 
beginning, it asks me what kernel drivers to load. What do I have to 
tell the debian install program to make it work? It doesn't like to SCSI 
emulation of Vmware. What about the ethernet?
