apt-get source ?

I just installed 3.0r4 and was trying to get source code for some
packages.

Typing apt-get source <package> gives me "Sorry, you must put some
'source' URIs in your sources.list".

The sources.list file contains:
deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian stable main contrib non-free

Do I need to add in a reference to pool or something?

I've done it once before when I got source code for ftp. But that was
on another (now dead) machine with 3.0r3.
