repartitioning

hi folks,

so I have this big 80gig disk, and a year or so ago I went mad
partitioning it (I was playing around with other OS's). Now several
of the little partitions I made are very full, so I'd like to
consolidate them and make the system more rational. however. htis is
my primary drive, so I'm a bit unsure how to proceed.

Here's the partition table:

Disk /dev/hda: 80.0 GB, 80054059008 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 9732 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/hda1 1 373 2996091 83 Linux
/dev/hda2 374 871 4000185 83 Linux
/dev/hda3 872 1120 2000092+ 83 Linux
/dev/hda4 1121 9732 69175890 5 Extended
/dev/hda5 1121 1493 2996091 83 Linux
/dev/hda6 1494 1991 4000153+ 83 Linux
/dev/hda7 1992 2489 4000153+ 83 Linux
/dev/hda8 2490 2684 1566306 82 Linux swap
/dev/hda9 2685 3900 9767488+ 83 Linux
/dev/hda10 3901 5116 9767488+ 83 Linux
/dev/hda11 5117 6391 10241406 83 Linux
/dev/hda12 6392 7666 10241406 83 Linux
/dev/hda13 7667 9732 16595113+ 83 Linux

here are the partitions I currently use:

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 2.9G 2.0G 732M 74% /
/dev/hda5 2.9G 2.1G 626M 78% /var
/dev/hda9 9.2G 6.2G 2.6G 72% /usr
/dev/hda10 9.2G 8.1G 646M 93% /home
/dev/hda11 9.7G 5.5G 3.7G 60% /yeowe
/dev/hda12 9.7G 6.0G 3.2G 66% /yeowe/usr
/dev/hda13 16G 6.8G 8.1G 46% /var/www

What I'd like to do:

consolidate /dev/hda1,2,3, as well as /dev/hda6,7, and perhaps /dev/hda11,12

can I do all this without rebooting? Or is that a pipe dream?

Anyway, appreciate your thoughts.

matt
