mod-auth-mysql + libmysqlclient version
Does anyone know whether there is a licensing/philosophical/technical
reason why debian couldn't provide a version of libapache-mod-auth-mysql
linked against libmysqlclient14?
The same goes for php4. It used to be linked in such a way that it would
accept any version of libmysqlclient, but the latest version in testing
seems to be nailed firmly to libmysqlclient10.
Is debian reluctant to move to libmysqlclient14 in general, and if not,
does anyone know what the plans are for the future?
