game for learning keyboard and mouse?

hallo,

well am teaching my mother how to use the pc and so but she isnt that 
fast in using the mouse and keyboard.
is there any game or something that teach to type more fast and control 
the mouse also.
there is a game called enigma but its even hard for me :))
