I have a problem with the file alteration monitor (FAM) daemon hogging the CPU with loads above 95%. I have seen on the Gentoo list that there are many people with the same problem. Last thing I heard there was a source patch for it that seemed to work for some. Does anyone have a Debianized solution to this or know when I can expect it to work again? Regards Olle Eriksson
