I originally posted this in the Debian ISP group. Unfortunatly, I think
most of them can afford cpanel. :( We can not!
Since posting this, I have found

It is based on debian. BIG PLUS. Supports postfix and all the other
good things.. :) Seems to be activly in developement. The Biggest
downside seems to be much of the stuff is written in German (which I
don't read) And the forums are german AND english. Which means if you
only read one language, your in for some wading thru the other language
to find stuff you can read.
All that said, I'm leaning towards this solution. However, I would
appeciate any comments on any of these solutions.

failed both times. :(
