smart webmail

This is a longshot, but I'm hoping that someone knows of some webmail
system that has some of the smarts of mutt. In actuality, mutt isn't really
smart enough to do what I want; I use an m4 script the generate the right
mutt configuration. Nonetheless, here's the situation:

I am subscribed to numerous mailing lists. To make it easier to track
context (e.g. if someone replies directly to me rather than through the
list), I am subscribed to each list with a different email address. (You'll
notice that I'm sending from gsslist+debian; on the mutt-users list I use
gsslist+mutt, and so on.) I want to send using the correct email address
when I reply to list mail or start a new thread on a list. I use
list-reply and send-hook to take care of that in mutt.

In addition, if I receive non-list email to a particular address (e.g.
someone replies privately to a mailing list thread), I want my reply to
that message to use the same outgoing address to which the original message
was sent. I use reverse_name to take care of that in mutt.

Are any or all of those features available in any webmail system?
Unsurprisingly, I'd prefer a free system packaged for Debian, but I'm
interested in hearing about other webmail solutions.
