alsa: missing dependencies

I'm still trying to get my sound card working and would value your help.
The package the card came in says it's a "Creative Soundblaster Live! 24
bit" but `lspci -v` gives

0000:04:04.0 Multimedia audio controller: Creative Labs SB Audigy LS
        Subsystem: Creative Labs: Unknown device 1006
        Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 64, IRQ 21

I've run `alsaconf` but it gives errors (below) and I don't know what to
do next so all help welcome
