I have two Via Epia 533MHz machines that are very low power.

Fanless (mostly, my option)
Small.
Low Power (25-32W measured load).

I use one for my mail/web server and the other for my print server and 
some NFS on my LAN.  They suck at graphics, especially 3D, but then 
that's typically not what servers are for.

I've had these for almost a year now and I love them.
