Nothing special. I apt-got hostap-source, hostap-utils, and hostapd.
Then I followed the instructions; when hostap-source.tar.gz has been
unpacked, they show up in /usr/share/doc/hostap-source/. NB what it
says in README.Debian: "*** YOU SHOULD HAVE FULL SOURCE TO MAKE THIS
MODULE FOR A 2.6 KERNEL"

Needless, perhaps, but true: YMMV. HTH.
