lxr-cvs woes

I am trying to get lxr-cvs running under apache2

I think the package needs several perl packages that are not in its 
dependencies.

So far I have installed extra

libdbi-perl
libdbd-pg-perl

but now its failing with the following in the apache log.  I assume I am 
missing yet another package - but which one?
