Well and to close the circle clamav sucks by default cause the virus
database is not maintained by an commercial entity working 24/7 on it.

Nearly all commercial AV Vendors offer Linux versions these days so
you can choose one fitting your needs.

Most anti-virus vendors have a delay of on average 10 hours between the release of a new virus and the defination coming out. I have my system updating every 2 hours automatically, so is there really a significant, documentable difference between the average update time with clamav and a commercial entity?
