(sid) ACPI Errors on Boot

Hi All,
during the boot sequence I have the following errors:
ACPI: PCI interrupt 0000:00:02.0[A] -> GSI 11 (level, low) -> IRQ 11
at this point my laptop (IBM TP-R40e) freezes for about 2-3 seconds, and then all is ok. By the Way...regarding the irq 11. How can be possible all the devices wants this holy irq 11? The output of lspci told me the 0000:00:02.0 device is "USB Controller: ALi Corporation USB 1.1 Controller (rev 03)" .
I googlized myself and I found a possible solution:
Boot with pci=routeirq ... how can i do it?
Thanks in advance
