[video-dvdrip], where is mp2enc

Hi, 

I was using 

video-dvdrip - Perl front end for transcode

when I met with the following error:

sh: line 1: mpeg2enc: command not found

I searched for on the debian net (packages.debian.org), but still can't
find it:
