11100010 --> .226
11110000 --> mask

This gives you 15 addresses. Why is the broadcast address not one of
these 15? The broadcast should be 81.7.167.239 which is the highest
address you have using that netmask. Not?

I really don't know what bond0 is so I may be missing something.
