how can i fix this apache startup error..?

Hello All,

 when i want to run the apache web server i get following error.

debian:/home/neenix# /etc/init.d/apache start
Configuration syntax error detected. Not reloading.

fopen: No such file or directory
apache: could not open document config file /etc/apache/modules.conf
