In woody, xlibs, in sarge and sid, libxp6, on the filesystem,
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXp.so.6. At the bottom of
<http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages>, there is a section entitled
"Search the contents of packages", you could have just entered in the
file name as a keyword and searched for it.
