Sure. First, make sure that your outgoing path is working.

1. Can 212.42.106.27 ping 212.42.106.25?

2. Can 212.42.106.25 ping google.com? (I hope it can).

3. Can 212.42.106.27 ping google.com? (I guess it can't).

If some of the steps above fails, investigate that first.

After that, ensure the opposite -- the path from the Net to you.

As far as I could see, traceroute to 212.42.106.27 stops at
212.42.113.197, reporting "host unreachable" after some attempts. Seems
that 212.42.106.25 and 212.42.113.197 are the same host, and that it
does have correct route to 212.42.106.27, which, in turn, suggests
physical problems between 212.42.106.25 and 212.42.106.27. However,
these are all guesses; answers to the questions above should take us
further. If some of the commands fail, please include the full output /
error messages, this would help a lot.

With kind regards,
Baurjan.
